I am committed to making client-centered, rather than insurance-driven, psychotherapy accessible by providing psychotherapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth from the convenience of your PC/laptop/tablet/phone. Your health insurance, EAP and/or flexible spending account may cover some or all of the cost. I am in-network with most BCBS plans, including Excellus and CareFirst health insurance plans, except CareFirst HMO plans. If your insurance plan has an out-of-network option, that will pay for a portion of my $140/session fee. I also offer a sliding scale fee for those who have health insurance plans with which I am not paneled.
